911! My EE users are now getting blocked from go.learn app access. I can get in fine through non-EE in go.learn and branded mobile app.

 

I do know I’ve been getting notifications about docebo being noncompliant with google’s new policies and this may have come around to bite us.

 

Anyone else having these issues?

 

 

 

I just tried the unbranded Go.Learn app on a iPhone, to one of my EE branches. No @gmail email address. No SSO. Used a System Admin account.

No issues


Good to know!

I suspected it was the google connection.


Still not resolved. We are working on it.


Kmalette is trying on iphone; it seems issues are restricted to android.

I can get in to that EE instance without gmail or google SSO. 

 

Other gmail and google sso users who are not in that EE instance seem to not be affected. 

 

This happened mid-morning. Possibly an issue with the latest app?
