If you invite someone to view content in a channel such as a an asset or playlist, and they delete the email or for any other reason do not get the email, you cannot re-send the invite or uninvite the person and re-invite them. I tried to open a ticket as a bug and was asked instead to submit an idea that you can invite someone to view a course or asset or playlist multiple times.
One thought I did have was for you to enable the notifications to be turned on in the platform so if a user deletes the e-mail, they can see the content sent in a second place as well.
