Might be doing something wrong, but is there a way to view/enroll/unenroll courses that a specific user is linked to? For example, if you have an employee who not longer works at the company and you want to bulk unenroll them without deleting their account entirely.
Not sure if that’s even possible, but figured I’d ask.

The User Personal Summary under User Management is the only place to view the user transcript online or you can pull a report called Users - Courses for a single or multiple users and then proceed to unernoll. Keep in mind that unenrolling will delete all records for that user and the data is no longer reportable. An option you might consider instead is to archive the user records to reserve the data.
