We are setting up our system and migrating content to channels - Is there a way to add assets where the asset is not tied to a users “My channel”?
What would happen if the user who had all the assets in their “My Channel” left the organisation and their account was deactivated would the assets in “My Channel” disappear from the channels they were added to?

+3One idea - create a User that you use simply for uploading channel assets and call it the name of your system. For example, our system is called Guest Ranch internally. I’d name it that.

We’d considered that but not sure how we would access the dummy account when SSO is set to bypass the login screen.
