We are using the the AI creator as a content creator tool and once you have published you can still update the course in the AI creator in the central repository as far as we understand and push the “publish button” again.
We realized that the updates are reflected in the Content Creator tool, but are not able to see for the enduser (in the course) until they clean Cache in the browser...at least this is my hypotheses.
Are there any thoughts on this from the community?
I understand that we should not do changes all the time once you have published - but the use cases i are quite wide and changes happen a ot of times:
- realized some typos etc
- update of links to docments
- changes in structure or proecedures
If this is not automatically updated - it really uses the “beauty” of having a low threshold content creator tool- which is a really good way instead of going into a scormo authoring tools/ upload a new version etc
