I wanted to ask if other Docebo customers found a way to deal with the following situation:
We have an ILT course. Learners are not allowed to change sessions or unenroll themselves. However, we want them to be able to view other upcoming sessions of the same course.
The issue: Once they are enrolled in a specific session, they are unable to view other sessions.
Were you able to find a workaround for this situation?

+3I wish we could see this as well so I created a manual excel spreadsheet that keeps up with all my dates and times of our sessions and I constantly use it.
If I understand this correctly, there is a way for learners to change their sessions. On the enrollment tab, you can grant them permissions to do just that.
