If an observation checklist approver misses an email notification to approve a checklist, is there another way for them to access the checklist and approve it? 

Yes, there are a few ways…

  • If they are a manager, they can access via My Teams > Checklists
  • You can add the My Checklists page to your menus
  • You can add the Task Widget to allow access to checklists.
