Any Issues with Reports Running

We’ve recently experienced the issue with our scheduled reports not running correctly whether it was for an end user, Power User, or Super Admin. However, today we are now unable to run any of our reports manually. The “Creating Background Job” popup displays but runs for an inordinately long amount of time. Eventually, an email is sent that indicates “we are not able to send you the link to the xxxx report”.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi ​@Tracy Newsom, we have experienced this in the past, and again recently. For us, it has always occurred around Daylight Savings Time, but not sure if that is just coincidental. Most of our scheduled reports are also set at various times instead of all at midnight, because we also noticed issues with reports scheduled at midnight not working properly. We have submitted tickets to Docebo in the past, but they have not ever found any conclusive issue to fix. I did have a report scheduled for the Friday after the most recent Daylight Savings Time to run, and it did not, so my Learning Technology Specialist adjusted the time and just ran it later on Friday and that one worked, we did not get any messages about report links not being sent.

Thank you, Janet! Very interesting observation. I also had the issue with them not running at midnight and changed them to 1AM.
