Anyone else having issues with Search All Branches not working?

I noticed recently that when I try to search for a Branch in User Management with the “search all branches” option, it is no longer returning results as it should.  I did some testing yesterday and it will only find a match if I drill down to the parent level where the branch exists.  I double-checked that the “show users in sub-branches” option is checked, so it’s not that.

This has worked fine in the past, it seems to only recently stopped working for me.  I first noticed it in the past week or two. Anyone else having this same issue?

Mine appears to be working fine...Suggest you open a ticket.

I’ve had some random things happening in our system recently. I’ve had to clear my cache and cookies a few times to get them to work as they’re supposed to. If you haven’t, try that. 

I also tested it and mine is also working fine.

Thanks, guys!  I will put in a ticket if it continues.  It’s not a show-stopper but definitely an annoyance since we multiple layers of branches in some cases.  I tested from Firefox, Chrome, and Edge with the same result - and I almost never use Edge, so it doesn’t appear to be a caching issue.

UPDATE:  Apparently my coffee has not kicked in yet… my issue is not with the Branches in User Management - it’s with Categories in Course Management - that is where I am seeing the issue with searching.  I may do a new post and put the correct info in it.  LOL.
