App mysteriously removed

no...are you sure someone didn't unload it by mistake? Are you able to reactivate it?

@lrnlab can you clarify what you mean by unload? I am curious because I didn’t see any sort of uninstall options. Yes, I was able to reactivate it. Thanks for your help!

I mean you can deactivate it whenever you wish via the same place you aded it

Unfortunately, deactivating SAML doesn’t seem to be captured in the audit log.

Also, I noticed that deactivating an app doesn’t actually remove it. In our case the app was removed.

the audit app does not track everything (ir maybe it does but we dont have access to all the data) ex: the date a session was created, is a datapoint we’d love to see but do not have...
