Hello!

I’m trying to see if there is a way to remove the time from the due date in automatic notifications. We use soft deadlines as they need to be able to access the training post launch, but want to show something is past due, and we use days of validity do any new team members are able to take the course and have the same time (i.e. 30 days) to complete the training. When using automatic notifications with the “expire_at” shortcode, it puts in the time of enrollment. The user has until the end of the day to complete the training, not that time, i.e. 9:00am. Any insights on how to remove or avoid this?

Sadly, no. There is not way to adjust the short codes provided. Don’t like them either.

Figured I’d ask despite thinking that was the answer :(
