Ask the Expert

depends on how the question asked and how the channel is set-up. If there is only a single expert on the channel you probably don't need to do anything more, however if there are several, you can ask users to use “@mention” and make sure to enable the corresponding notificaitons. You an also add a page called “My expert tasks” where the expert will see all questions asked and answered and anything that is specific to them. The Task widget is another way to show any outstanding questions that need to be addressed. Hope you find something useful...

Can I add the Task Widget to particular peoples page or how do only those that need to see it get it?

The task widget dynamic and should only display those things relevant to the user. If you have more than 1 expert per channel, both would see the question/comments, etc.
