Does anyone know if it is possible to select a custom range of channels that come up when a user “Asks an Expert?”
We’ve got lots of channels but want to show the Q&A widget for only a certain group of them, and therefore the drop down box looks really confusing at the moment when they go to ask!
I have the same question. I would like to suppress some of the channels users can post to in the channel list.
I also wish this was possible. Ideally we’d be able to disable “ask the expert” from certain channels.
All channels the user has visibility to will show up in the Ask the Expert channel list. The only way to limit what shows up is by limiting visibility for the user in the channel visibility settings. Of course, that also prevents the users from seeing the channel anywhere else.
