The recent change to upload an assignment has changed. It is great that Docebo is adding new options for assignments. However, we use the upload assignment for certificate uploads and professional licensure documentation. This change has increased our workload in evaluating upload submissions This week alone I have had multiple people add a url link such as the course registration confirmation, a link to their training record posted on social media, etc.. Although we include assignment instructions for learners, even including the image below with a big red x over add url link and a big green circle around the upload a file. Despite our best efforts more often than not learners do not read the instructions. It would be great to have the ability to choose the upload type through a list of options. This would help prevent learners from submitting something other than what the assignment requires. I submitted a support ticket, but was told “limiting to the upload option or hiding the url link option, would be something you may be able to accomplish by using CSS, however this will need to be performed by your CSS expert as we do not provide support to it as of now” Is this something that is in the works to fix?
