Audit Trail Operated by ID Reflecting '0'

Hi,

We are currently experiencing an issue where users are being enrolled into a course without any LMS admins touching it or additional power users enrolling them. When we are checking the audit trail to find the operated by ID, for some reason its reflecting ‘0’ instead of the user ID. Has anyone else come across this issue before? If so, what does it mean and how can we stop this process from happening again?

Not sure about the audit log, but do you have any enrollment rules configured? Have you checked them to make sure none are enrolling in these courses which you don’t want?

@sspenik Hi there, and thank you for bringing this to the community! Were you able to figure out the cause of this behavior? Generally when “0” appears for the user ID, that means the action is performed automatically by the platform in some way rather than by a user.

Agree with @Bfarkas, my first guess was enrollment rule.
