Auto Archive Enrollments for deactivated users?

Howdy! 

Does anyone know of a way to auto archive course enrollments for deactivated users? We have an OKTA integration that will deactivate users in Docebo once deactivated in the OKTA/ADP. The issue is their enrollments are still active on the system.

Sadly there is no automatic mechanism for archiving...we are patiently waiting for updates but it’s been over a year!!!

I wish there was a way, especially for ILTs that have a waitlist. But if anyone else has any recommendations please let us know!

me too...we run thousands of sessions on hundreds of courses and it’s all done manually via the admin interface. There is an API you can use to do that if you are family with those tools but it would likely required some coding to archive only certain records (by date, location, course, etc.) Depends on how much you have to archive maybe…
