Hi all, weve recently had a few users mention that their courses have auto completed when they have logged in. 

 

With one user describing “I had a couple that were due to expire in about 3-4 weeks but when I have enrolled on them, they have automatically completed without me needing to do the course and the date and time is today.” 

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Are you using training material from other courses in this course? Perhaps the user already completed those items and upon enrolling in this new course, the system marks it complete.

Agree with ​@JeanetteMcVeigh ...if your content comes from the central repository and the user completed once before, they will show as completed in every course where it is being used. Alternatively, do you know if you have any course equivalencies in place?

​@JeanetteMcVeigh ​@lrnlab we have only got one SCORM on each course and have it set that if someone clicks in it resets their progress
