Automated Notifications - From delivers as all lower case letters

Does anyone know if there is a setting for notifications that doesn’t allow the ‘from’ to convert to all lowercase letters? The visual of all lowercase letters in an email ‘from’ line has indications of spam and our learners are reporting the emails as phishing.

Actually, I have an open ticket with Docebo right now about this.  I just provided them examples.  If you want to reference my ticket the number is:  893272

Ours changed to all lowercase on August 22 as well. I will reference your ticket, @monica.cheek. Thank you.

Yes this issue appeared late last week...we also have an open ticket and support have acknowledged this is a bug...waiting for the fix...
