Automatic Summation of Errors in Observation Checklist

Hello everyone,

We have been using the observation checklist to assess the number of errors employees make in certain activities. Currently, we require the final count of errors made by an employee to be manually calculated. This involves the evaluator adding up the errors assigned to each question and then entering the total as a response to the last question on the checklist.

Is there a way for Docebo to automate this process and calculate the total of errors automatically? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Andrés Rodríguez.

Not sure you will be able to do that since there are no reports for the checklists. Short of looking at each one and counting up the results, you may need to look at using an API to extract that data.

had a look but don't see anything specific to extracting a completed checklist...perhaps support can help?
