Hi all,

I often need to upload records for sessions that occurred weeks in the past. The enrollment date, however, seems to default to the day you create the session/event.

Is there a way to change the enrollment date so that it matches the completion date?

Hi @rloverin , @lrnlab is correct, the only way to do this currently is through API. There is one alternative and that is uploading completions as external training records. This allows you to set the completion date. The big BUT in this method is that external training records don’t show up in standard course reporting. You have to create and run a report specifically on external records in order to get the data.
