Hi, we have a question regarding background jobs. Does background job long queuing happen because of the cloud server or could it be the simultaneous report exports?

It can be either, both or just that reports are refreshing in the background. under normal circumstances, the refresh process shouldn't take too long so if you experiencing long wait times for your reports, you may want to reach out to support.
