Hi @SimoneA ...and to piggyback on @Daniel, you can subscribe to those pages as well to be notified of changes.

sadly most often the status page is all green and is not updated in the moment the platform may be down.

I always advocate to immediately log a support request whenever you encounter issues that are persistent and can be reproduced.

When in doubt, log log log. It helps ge that status page updated for the rest of us :)
