Hello Branded Mobile App Users! 

 

Have you received a Notification from Google that the Branded Mobile App doesn’t Target Android 14? Were you able to resolve that notification? If so what did you do? 

 

I received the notification about not targeting Android 14 a few weeks/months ago. I updated on 8/22 with the most recent version of the Branded Mobile App but I’m still seeing the notification. I do have a support in to Docebo but sometimes user to user resolutions are more helpful. 

Here’s a screenshot. I assure you this screenshot was taken after July 3rd. But  I’m still seeing this issue alert in my developer account even after updating with the most recent app.

Which version of the app did you upload to the store? 6.1.1 should have resolved this.

This will show if you have test apps which are still left open for public/private testing.

You will want to close those down and the issue warning should be removed

Thanks! That was the fix. I had an old app sitting in Internal Testing. I sent the latest version to the Internal Testing Line. I’m still seeing the warning, but Google said it could some time for them to resolve. I can’t quite figure out how to just remove the Internal testing as we don’t use it now that we’re launched.
