Can a user view an observational checklist that is completed by a manager?

Hello! I’m testing observational checklists in Docebo. In my test case, the checklist located in a course and is completed by the user’s manager. I can see the completed checklist on the manager’s account, but I can’t for the life of me find where to view it as a user. It’s not in the course nor is it on the My Checklist page. What am I missing?

Hi ​@IanMonk I assume the Manager is set as the observer? 

If the checklist is assigned by way of the course, only the user who completed the checklist will be able to see it. I just tested it and the user cannot see the checklist, only the manager who completed it. It does not appear on the My Checklist page for the user but does on the manager’s checklist page

        ​@lrnlab thank you for testing and confirming. That seems like a big miss by Docebo. In what scenario would you evaluate someone and not share the results back with the them to guide performance discussions? Curious to understand the logic behind that decision.

          Agree...from the release call today, looks like they are adding another improvement for multiple approvers so it would be good to add this as an idea we can vote one. Think it makes good sense that the person being observed has the option to view their checklist; maybe it needs to be a choice at the time the checklist is created and/or scheduled

            Does that mean you would add the person being observed as an approver?

             

            Also - are Admins able to get a report on what is observed?
