I am introducing gamification and our users have accumulated points in the old platform we switched from. I know there is a space for Points Balance if I edit a profile, but my question is… is there a way for me to import the points balance via csv or somehow or do I need to edit each user to add their points balance?

While I don't see an import option, you can assign badges to users en masse using the username or groups or branches.
You could create a “staring” badge that contains the total points from your other system.
you could also check whether there’s an API for if you are familiar with APIs to have some IT resources that can assist you.
