Can previously completed Observation Checklists be viewed?

Yes if you add the My Checklist page to your menu. It is pre-filtered to only show those that need action so the user will need to clear the filter to see the completed ones

Our User Menu already has My Checklist page included:

Our User Homepage currently looks like this:
 

and as you can see the My Checklist page is not visible/accessible.
If I add the Checklist requiring action widget there is no  option to filter so that previously completed checklists can be viewed:
 

What do I need to do so that Users can see the My Checklist page?🤔

Not sure I follow entirely...the filter to view previously completed checklists is only the Checklist page, not the task widget. The Task Widget only includes the checklist requiring action; no filter as you mentioned.

Since this is a built-in page and there is no dedicated widget for Checklists, users need to access the page to view their checklists. You can create a custom content widget with a button that leads them to the checklist page if want to make it more accessible. 

You could also try to use an Iframe to load the checklist page in there but not sure this will work; Docebo may block this but it could worth a try.

We have created a custom content widget with a button that leads users to their checklists but they are not able to see previously completed OCs.
The user below completed the same OC (Display Screen Equipment - Self Assessment Checklist) in 2024 and would like to view it but this page only shows the most recently completed OC.

Is it possible to view the previously completed OC?

Yes, make sure you remove the automatic filter that only shows what needs action.

Have not found any way to keep this showing all instead of only those that need completion. Not sure if some CSS could do this. Might be an interesting idea to post.

Even with the auto filter removed the user can only see the most recently completed OC.  There does not seem to be a way of viewing the same OC that was completed the year before.

It should show them all...have you changed or deleted any checklists? If not, you might want to open a ticket. I can see all previously completed checklists.

Does your list of completed checklists include the same checklist completed on more than one occasion?
We want to be able to see one particular Checklist that is completed every year by the same user and be to view the ones that were completed two years ago.

yes it does..maybe worth noting that the historical ones we have only go back to last July; but that’s when we launched them.
