Hi, 

Can a super admin download or even view information that is in observation checklists? I want to get a record of some of the skills people have said they have in a course and I can’t see a way to get the information. It doesn’t show in a course report and it can’t be downloaded (as far as I can see) in an API. Am I just missing something or does this functionality not exist. We haven’t used them in a few years because there were loads of issues with getting them set up and the notifications. So I can’t remember the bits of information that aren’t in the official Docebo guidance.

I’m not aware of a way to download completed observation checklists. There is an observations checklists dashboard where you can view responses but no download option.

 

 

There are some API endpoints that might be of interest that you can explore for reporting under “OTJ”, but no actual download option. I haven’t used these specific ones so not sure the level of detail you will get. From a quick review, I don’t see anything that stands out that will provide the actual detailed results per user/evaluator though.
