I am trying to create an association question in a test, putting steps of a process in order. Naturally I want the steps shuffled. There is an option box to shuffle the answers, but Docebo doesn’t let me. It gives me the prohibitive red circle with line symbol when I try to click the box. How do I shuffle the answers?

It should work, just tested on my end and can click that option for the question type “Association” as you describe. Maybe try deleting the question and rebuilding it? Or if you’ve already tried a few things, log a ticket with support…
