Central repository - change name of training material at course level

If I have a training material sat in the central repository but pull into two separate courses, is there any workaround to be able to have a different name for this training material at each course?

For example we are trying to number our training materials so it would be

“1.​​​​​​ ​…” in one course and maybe “4. ...” in another.
