I have an issue with a course certificate. Users who have completed the course cannot see their name on the course certificate.
I have users grouped into “External” and “Internal”. Internal users can see their certificate and names. However, “External” users enrolled cannot see their names

+10maybe some silly questions...are you using a single template for courses taken by either group? Are the same courses visible to both groups? Wonder if this is some kind of permission issue?
Not silly at all...I checked this to see if it has anything to do with it.
I then finally realized that the two users did not have their “Firstname” & “lastname” in their user profile 🤣.
Resolution : Updated their user name and then changed their course status and all good now.
