Hello all - any help would be greatly welcome!
I’ve created a certificate with name on one line, and am using the [date_complete] tag below, where the background image shows a date signed. When I download the certificate in the Certificates area, both dates appear on the form. However, when I download it as a learner through the course, no dates appear (name does, however). I’ve marked the course as Completed for the learner, so I think the requirements are met.
Any idea on what I’m doing wrong?
