Changing Session Causes 2 Calendar Holds

If a user is enrolled into a session, they are sent a calendar hold. If we update that session, docebo sends a second calendar hold.

If you create say a webex meeting outside docebo and update the time/date it will send an .ics that will update the time/date.

Docebo just sends a completely seperate one and this causes 2 calendar holds which is extremely confusing.

Anyone have any recommendations on how to deal with this?

This is and inherent issue with the calendar attachments in the docebo notifications...we had to go the way of Docebo Connect to get around that...the Docebo attachments should be properly coded to understand an update vs. a new booking it does not...big gap here.
