Do you know if it is possible to change an assignment score? An instructor of ours accidentaly graded an assignment as 0/100 and passed. I would like to change the zero to the actual and correct grade the learner got. Is this still possible after grading?

View originalYes, you can edit the passing score in Reports tab.
Goto Reports tab in Course management area
select the user (click the username)
There you can see the assignment title and edit the score at end of the row.
or simply click course>enrollment tab
Click edit enrollment option
update the score & save changes

I would'nt have guessed I had to click the username first. I was expecting this could be changed via the score mentioned in the image I added.
