Is it possible to set up Locations and Classrooms in Docebo as being hooked to our company’s defined locations in Outlook / Office 365, such that if we build an ILT in Docebo to use a particular venue, it automatically books that venue in “real life” so others at our company won’t double-book the same room with some other meeting?

Not a built in function for this, but could easily accomplish this using the API and Webhooks to mange the creation/update states of the events.

Agreed, if using the API/Webhooks, adding the assessment for difficulty assuming those resources/skills are there, otherwise it doesn’t really matter how complex it would be :)
