Closest thing to Branches Dashboard as automated e-mail/report

Hi Community, 

I’m looking for the most suitable/ideal way to extract the number of users within a specific branch and its sub-branches (Europe → Poland) and to send that as an automated monthly email (e.g. CSV included). 

I’ve tried tinkering with the Custom Reports Builder but not to much success. The data is not that “up-front” and depending on the columns, one has to do a bit of filtering. 

The out-of-the-box Branches Dashboard provides the best overview and it’s also possible to export the data but not in a scheduled and automated way it seems. 

Do any of you have any experience or suggestions from your own context? 

Tips would be much appreciated!
