Hi, we recently want to launch the gamification feature but whenwe were testing out the function,  2 out of 4 system admin account got double coin issuance for the same points (ie 30 points earned and 60 coins allocated). But no such error when we tried with test accounts (user level).

We have contacted Docebo but they were not able to replicate/resolve the problem.

Anyone else here have similar experience with coins?

Hi,

  • Is it possible that the completions status was manually changed by the admin, like these 2 admins have completed the same course twice?
  • Could it be that a kind of duplicated rule in the gamification is generating the sum?

You said that the people in the support were unable to resolve... if the problem persists, I recommend opening a new Ticket (or follow-up one) and provide all the detailed information, and I’m quite sure they will find a solution for you.
