I have all our employees separated into various groups. i have not made it that far into the software but is it possible to show session completion rates based on the user group?

+7Well, not sure about overall rates being displayed by default...but you can generate a report with the custom report basis of “Groups/Branches - Courses” and then do your calculations with that. Good luck.

check out insights to create your own dashboards using a filter for groups - that might get you what you need.
