Conditions missing from the Automation App

Hi Everyone.

I am trying to add a new task in the Automation App but the condition "The administrator has uploaded a file in an FTP folder" is not in the dropdown? I am a Superuser and I have searched the menus and Docebo KB articles without success. How do I enable this option?

Hi. Thankyou for taking the time to reply. I am following the KB Article “Creating a rule for the Automation app”. After clicking New Rule and entering a name and description, I can either schedule it with a date/time or the rule is executed if the conditions set are met.

What is interesting is that I do not have all the rules listed in the KB article, only some of them. I am missing:

Content partner activated

Content partner deactivated

User has been inactive for

User additional field value is

The administrator has uploaded a file in an FTP folder

User belongs to a group or branch

Report is generated

New report is generated

I have filtered by “Level” in Users to confirm I am a SuperAdmin

I have opened a ticket with the third party that provide our support.

The Content partner ones are situational depending on what services you have, the others only exist on the scheduled rules.

Are you setting it up as a scheduled task?  That option only appears there.

Otherwise, I’d reach out to support because there’s no permission that controls that.

Hi. I clicked on New Rule and then clicked Scheduled rule and gave it a date and time and then the next screen showed the conditions above. I am still trying to work out how I missed this?

However, having had another look at the KB article, I think stating which conditions apply to which option would have helped as User expiration date appears to be the only one in both dropdowns.
