Hi all

I am investigating why course completion is not registering when users exit a course because we have older SCORM files.  Are other people experiencing this problem.  User have the option to click on EXIT COURSE (from within Articulate) and also Docebo provide the X option which our users fail to use due to training completed on work mobiles.

Would using SCORM1.2 be a result of the multiple course completion issues our users are experiencing.  Others using Articulate 360 are you using xAPI over SCORM1.2.

I guess it would just mean downloading 200 courses in xAPI and updating the LMS knowing that users in progress will need to restart.

Advice appreciated.

We have had this same experience but with files developed in Captivate YEARS ago and cannot be upgraded to a different format due to licensing for that program no longer being supported by us. I am interested to hear if a different fix is identified.
