We were contacted by 2 of our learners that their e-learning courses were not showing completed. After working with Docebo support, it was determined that the maintenance to DoceboLearn platforms on November 6th and 8th, 2023 caused the issue. We are not sure if any of our other users experienced this problem. Is there a way to reset all user’s tracking, so it is accurate for everyone?

 

We don’t want to send a notification to all of our learners about this--it wouldn’t look great to say that our LMS is having issues with their reporting.
