Course Created in DominKnow One Randomly Skipping a Required Video in Docebo

We’ve been using an eLearning course created with the DominKnow One eLearning Tool for several years without issues in our old LMS. My internal team recently transitioned over to using Docebo.

The course was built with a lot of branching as there are pretest questions to give the user the option to test out of some of the sections and some of the pretest questions are different than the quiz/test ones in the sections. There are 3 sections required to watch if the user gets all questions right in the pretest. In the final required section, the required video is being skipped over randomly for some users and for some reason users can’t use the menu to navigate back to the video.

The user gets to the end and receives the congratulations screen with a passing score, however, some how they were skipped over the final required video, which is causing the module to stay in an in progress status and not get marked as completed. And the user is not able to go back to this video using the timeline. Clearing the cache and cookies doesn't not resolve this issue, nor does using a different browser or incognito mode of the browser.

I have exported the course in both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004. It also appears that the LMS doesn't fully support non-linear branching for SCORM 2004 files. I don’t have any information from the admins on if how long someone is taking to complete the course or anything else.

The internal admins put in a support ticket one time to Docebo on this and Docebo said that it was working as expected on their end but my internal admin was able to replicate it on her side using a user account that had an issue but she didn’t followup with Docebo on it.

I could try exporting it as XAPI or CMI5 but I don’t know if that would solve the issue and it needs to now be fixed internally in the next 5 days so I don’t want to waste time sending another export to test when it takes lots of time for the internal admins to do the testing and respond if the issue is still occurring or if it’s fixed. Does anyone know or have any other suggestions on how to resolve this issue between Docebo and this course?

Think Docebo does not support branching in SCORM objects but you may want to check with support to be sure.
