Is there a way to generate a link, either manually or via a button, to a course that isn’t an enrollment link? It just takes you to the course overview?

Yes! You can search for it in the global search, and click on the course. That will direct you to the course with this URL format:

https://(sitename)/learn/courses/(ID)/(hyphenated-title)

If you don’t have access to the course due to catalog visibility permissions, you can go into the course properties and click on “Learner View” (the play button) to retrieve the same link. Just be advised that this will enroll you in the course, so you’ll need to unenroll youself after the fact.
