Is there a way for us to have a course be marked as completed using the Docebo test feature, despite them not passing the test?

Course remains "in progess" after exam fail.

+10Not with the exam alone as it requires a pass to mark the course as completed. If you added some kind of additional object the user can sign off and use that as the end object marker, that could do what you are describing.
