CSV Session Uploads - Discontinued

Hello all!

 

I am trying to upload via CSV some Sessions, however, whenever I upload I get a red “Discontinued” in the “Status” box? I did some User CSV uploads this morning and that worked fine?

@EGBIGGS - ew. 

Can I ask - only because CSV files are easy to have format breaks in them - is your file in good shape with the expected format?

I have seen these issues with background jobs creeping in lately. If it’s not revealed where you try again, you should open a ticket with support .

Interestingly when I went into the Sessions area of the course I was trying to scheduled they had all been uploaded? Even though it said Discontinued.

hmmm you might want to try it again if you have more to load to see if you can replicate the issue. If you can, opening a ticket (if you can capture on video + add the HAR file) would be your best course of action to ensure there isn't a larger issue at play.
