Is anyone else having issue with import jobs? I have logged 2 jobs and they are sitting in the queue for over an hour...logged a ticket and am waiting to hear from support...

it did resolve after about 3 hours but saw the same issue again yesterday at 5:15 (took only 15 min to run) but them we had a bunch of other jobs fail overnight...logged 3 tickets so hopefully this will get resolved soon...things seems to running OK for now.
