Hi! I am working with the help desk and they also suggest I start the conversation here - Has anyone that uploads their users via CSV experienced the workflow not reactivating re-hires? For example, a user profile is inactive, but on the CSV as active (with same username, and the setting checked off to update information, and active = yes), but the profile is not being reactivated.

the “Active” column should have 1 for active / 0 for inactive
never had that issue and we use all kinds of CSV uploads including manual, automated and via APIs...all are working fine...have you opened a ticket with support?
