What do you mean by ‘annual unique users’? Do some of your users have more than 1 account?

@lrnlab thanks for your reply! no, its something I need to run as part of our renewal analysis process. Basically, I need to know how many users signed in at least 1x throughout FY23.

What if you used the filter for “Last access Date” from the user management screen and the use the export function? 

@jcellitti To my knowledge, there is nothing out of the box with that specific metric, but I think it’s easy to get what you need using existing reports.

I’d do it like this:

New Reports → Create a New Custom Report → User Report - Users

Filters:

All Users

Uncheck - hide deactivated users (so they will be included)

Uncheck - hide expired users (so they will be included)

View Options

check: User Last Access Date

Save and download the report.

Use a filter in Excel to count all records where the Last Access Date is in 2023.
