We are receiving complaints from some clients who are unable to export a custom report from the platform. When they click on “Export” they are stuck and there are no background jobs created… We’ve analyzed the issue and it seems that a web socket (wss-eu-central.docebo.cloud) is the main culprit. One client was able to solve the issue by creating an exception for this web socket on their HTTPS Proxy. We are currently checking with other clients if this would also solve the issue.
And now my question: What change is causing this issue? Are others also impacted by this? This has only been recently observed and we are struggling to offer an explanation to the client other than this is a new web socket…
