Hi there!

 

 

Is there a way to create a custom report which shows all users in the LMS and which courses they have completed without having to run multiple user or course reports?

Q: do you need to see one report with all users regardless of whether they enrolled in any courses ALONG with any course enrollment information for users that have enrolled in a course?

I read your question that way...but if you just need to see all users and their current enrollments, then the Users → Courses report is your way to go.

If you do need to see all users in the system along with any existing enrollment data, then I am not sure there is one report for that. 

Make sense?  I have quite a few users that never enrolled in a course that will not be on the Users → Courses report but do have valid accounts in the system (that’s a story for another day - we are working on cleaning that up).  :-)

Sure...just run the report, Users - Courses wide open (no filters). As long a you have the permission to view all users and all course in your platform this will get you there data you need.
