Customised reminders based on course progress

Hi, 

Does anyone know if it is possible to send reminders based on course progress? 

For example, When someone has enrolled but not started, say “You were interested in this, why not get started” / if someone is halfway through send a motivational nudge saying “you’re halfway through!”!-->

I don’t know if it is possible Lucy, but if not please add as an idea. I’ll vote for it.

The only one I think might fit your needs is this one Digest: Learner Has Yet To Complete A Course https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4429113070226-Notification-events-and-conditions#Course.Digest:LearnerHasYetToCompleteACourse

It will trigger a notification with a list of courses in which a user is enrolled but not completed. It uses the status progress as a criteria to send or not the notification.

Thanks @Rosalie, we do currently use this for some of our courses, but would love to be able to be more specific - like ‘hey we noticed you have not yet started’ or ‘We noticed that you have started but not completed’ type thing.
